Each session involves only dog(s) from a single household, with no mixing with dogs from other homes.

FREE add-on — basic evidence-based, science-informed training rooted in modern learning theory and positive reinforcement methods. If requested, we will discuss the basic training schedule with you before walking your dog(s).

Safety and control

Walks minimise distractions and allow the walker to manage pace, recall, and environment more effectively. No van transportation - all walks take place in your dog’s familiar neighbourhood and environment.

Scheduling

Flexible timing aligned with the household’s routine; a consistent walker builds trust and continuity.

Insurance and policies

Our walkers are members of MDWA and have public liability insurance, DBS checks, and clear booking/cancellation terms.

Client responsibilities

Provide updated vaccination and medical details for the dogs, including allergies and any behavioural notes; inform the walker of household-specific rules or preferences.

Meet-and-greet

We always run an outdoor meet-and-greet session with you and your dog(s) before taking them for a walk to ensure everyone is comfortable continuing the journey together.

Although we’d love to walk every dog on the planet, sometimes things do not work out. Your dog, you, or we may not feel comfortable at our meet-and-greet session - in this case, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide the dog walking services.
